At Homzi, every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Return / Replacement Eligibility

Return or replacement requests are accepted only if:

✔ Product received is damaged
✔ Product received is defective
✔ Wrong item delivered

Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any issue related to damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Please ensure:

• Video starts before opening the package
• The shipping label is clearly visible
• Product issue/damage is visible in the video

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Replacement / Refund

After verification of the provided proof (video/images), eligible cases may receive:

• Product Replacement, or
• Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
