Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

• Eligible:
  Home & Kitchen products, home essentials, kitchen accessories, storage items, décor products, and other stock items listed on the website unless explicitly marked otherwise.
• Not eligible:
  Used products, damaged items caused after delivery, personalized/custom-made products, consumable items, and any product clearly marked as “Final Sale / Non-returnable” at the time of purchase (except where there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered).
